I recently had the Collaborative Relational Intelligence® (CRQ) training with Dr. Liza and I learned a ton of new information. I’ve never heard about how our personality styles can affect our relationships before so learning about the four different personalities. It was really eye-opening and beneficial to me. I had previously been conditioned after the ‘golden rule’ of ‘treating people the way that I wanted to be treated’, but now I know that the ‘golden rule’ doesn’t necessarily work for everybody and that there are different personalities with different needs. Dr. Liza’s training is extremely easy to acquire and it definitely applies to all my needs – both personally and professionally. During my past experience as a pharmacist, I worked in retail, dealing with about 50 to 100 customers a day – all of different personalities, and this training would have been extremely beneficial. Looking back, if I knew, back then, what I know now, I definitely would have changed the way I interacted with certain patients. As far as communicating, it would have been more effective. As a professional, my job is to communicate with outsiders, nurses, providers, and hospital staff in general, so, being able to listen to someone – in person or over the phone – and determine their personality would certainly help tailor the way I speak with them and attend to their needs and generally, help me communicate in the best way possible. Her examples really hit home, as far as understanding the different personalities. After the first few hours of the first day of the training, I was able to apply this knowledge to specific examples in my personal life and profession. Such as the personal relationships I have with my husband and friends. Dr. Liza’s CRQ training was amazing and delivered with passion. Her energy and intellect were great and infectious. Dr. Liza trained us to be experts on understanding and incorporating the unique personality styles of others into the 10 leadership techniques of Collaborative Relational Intelligence® (CRQ) (voice tone, communication, rapport, first impression, listening, flexibility, etc). Armed with such knowledge, success in all aspects of life is guaranteed. Even as regards Academic Detailing, it was amazing to see how understanding the different personalities and CRQ education could impact the outcome of detailing (both telephonically and physically).

"Today was a memorable day in the auditorium at Flagstar Bank. Me and several other Flagstar Bank employees at the Corporate Headquarters were graced with the presence of our own Dr. Liza. She was jointly invited by the Flagstar Bank Human Resources and Diversity and Inclusion Departments to do a presentation on Collaborative Relational Intelligence® (CRQ). Dr. Liza commands superior expertise in CRQ. Her strong delivery of the subject matter, engaging participants every step of the way through slides, demonstrations, questions, and humor is worthy of accolades. I was privileged to do a one-on-one demo with her during the session, which impressed my co-workers. Dr. Liza also exemplified the culture of reward and generosity by awarding active participants with high-quality professional pens - first impression matters. I was happier that this type of rare resource resides in our community. She boldly introduced herself to the audience and firmly highlighted her Cameroon heritage while sharing a few details about her background, as she proudly displayed a portrait of her family to the delight of everyone present. "For over 20 years, I worked as a pediatric pharmacist before I got into Consulting. I have to say, learning about Collaborative Relational Intelligence® (CRQ) from Dr. Liza was unbelievable. I really wish I had known about CRQ before. It would have made my life and my career, as a pharmacist, a much more pleasant and enjoyable experience. I have learned so many things from Dr. Liza, for example, how to read and relate to providers and patients, as well as how to talk to them, which made communication even better. I recently had the Collaborative Relational Intelligence® (CRQ) training with Dr. Liza and I learned a ton of new information. I've never heard about how our personality styles can affect our relationships before so learning about the four different personalities. It was really eye-opening and beneficial to me. I had previously been conditioned after the 'golden rule' of 'treating people the way that I wanted to be treated', but now I know that the 'golden rule' doesn't necessarily work for everybody and that there are different personalities with different needs. Dr. Liza's training is extremely easy to acquire and it definitely applies to all my needs - both personally and professionally. During my past experience as a pharmacist, I worked in retail, dealing with about 50 to 100 customers a day - all of different personalities, and this training would have been extremely beneficial. Looking back, if I knew, back then, what I know now, I definitely would have changed the way I interacted with certain patients. As far as communicating, it would have been more effective. As a professional, my job is to communicate with outsiders, nurses, providers, and hospital staff in general, so, being able to listen to someone - in person or over the phone - and determine their personality would certainly help tailor the way I speak with them and attend to their needs and generally, help me communicate in the best way possible. Her examples really hit home, as far as understanding the different personalities. After the first few hours of the first day of the training, I was able to apply this knowledge to specific examples in my personal life and profession. Such as the personal relationships I have with my husband and friends. Dr. Liza's CRQ training was amazing and delivered with passion. Her energy and intellect were great and infectious. I was drawn by her excitement and enthusiasm, and I was able to stay focused to contemplate what she was saying. I would definitely recommend this training to any other pharmacist, pharmacy student, healthcare professionals, and to anybody in general, but especially pharmacists and those who work with patients, as communication is very important to enable them to be more effective at their jobs. This training will also be helpful to patients - such that they listen better and understand the pharmacist - eventually increasing patient care. However, everybody could really benefit from this training, even other professionals that work and interact with people daily. Having this understanding of the four different personalities could really improve communication with family, friends, and help reduce the judgment of others, as far as just communicating in everyday settings, grocery stores, retail settings, etc. I really had a great time. "As a pharmacist, who has worked in several industries, I was searching for a course that will help to enhance my current skillset and help accelerate my relational experiences among my peers, all the way to world-renowned physicians.
